I do so by applying the learnings from my successes and failures of my 16+ years in circular businesses, marketing teams and supply chains.

I'm eager to learn how I can support your company in taking a next circular step.
Why Circle2Retain?
A circular economy is a system in which customer relationships are longterm, products are appreciated at their full value and materials never become waste. Products and materials maintain their value by keeping them in circulation through processes like upgrading, maintenance, reuse, refurbishment, remanufacturing and recycling.
Today, over 90% of the products that we use are disposed after the first use, or at best, recycled. As a consequence, almost all of the value that was created by these products is lost; material recycling and waste-based energy recovery capture only 5 percent of the original raw material value. In a circular economy, we should make sure that these products retain their value as long as possible.
Next to the ecological benefits, retaining materials will mitigatie the risks of increased pricing as well as an increased dependency on the countries or companies that are sourcing them.
To maximize the returns from circular practices, the main focus should be on retaining your customers or users of your products. The positive effect that circular practices have on your customer retention will make circular practices an attractive addition to the activities of many companies.
