On the 23rd of September 2024,  I founded Circle2Retain and started to support companies in implementing circular practices with a main focus on their customers. I do so by applying standard marketing and supply chain techniques in a circular setting, with a focus on achieving (financial) results.  

I can build on a large experience in circular Marketing (working with Circular customers through standard sales channels, finding an optimal balance between supply and demand) and  circular Operations (leading 2 refurbishment factories, implementing lean and a traditional ERP system).  At Philips, I've been given the opportunity to extend our circular activities into a companywide circular strategy, clearly showing the added value for the company and it's customers. The program that we developed won the Philips Excellence Competition in 2022.
